The PGW Internship Program is designed for students currently enrolled FULL-TIME at an accredited college or university with a sophomore classification or above ONLY.

This Internship is designed for students that are available to work throughout the academic and calendar year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Project Management hard and soft skills sets
  • Assist with Project Management deliverables including schedules, meeting minutes, project charter, budgeting, attending meetings and sessions for all phases of a project (example: planning, execution, status meetings, requirements sessions, vendor meetings)
  • Gain experience using various software tools, such as MS Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project Server Pro, VISIO, Project Work Area, and SharePoint
  • Participate in interdepartmental workshops or other meetings and gain exposure to other areas of the department and company
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the functions of the department or program
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience with Mail systems, Project Scheduling tool(Work Bench, MS Project, OpenProj, Plainview or other scheduling tool) PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
