Overview

The PGW Internship Program is designed for students currently enrolled FULL-TIME at an accredited college or university with a sophomore classification or above ONLY.

This Internship is designed for students that are available to work throughout the academic and calendar year in person/ onsite. 

 

Position will be located at 5000 Summerdale Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, 19125

Responsibilities

  • Create usage and tracking reports
  • Record and publish staff meeting minutes
  • Prepare meeting agendas
  • Conduct project research and assist with data collection
  • Update mailing lists and customer contact sheets
  • Assist with targeted outreach
  • Support process documentation and workflow improvements
  • Perform filing, copying, and other related administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Be a full-time student currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, Engineering, or Management Information Systems;
  • Have a sophomore classification or above;
  • Be in good academic standing;
  • Be able to commit to 15-20 hours per week to the program(year-round interns);
  • Previous internship experience is preferred;
  • Strong analytical and computer skills;
  • Show an interest in learning about energy, project management, and business development.
