Overview

The PGW Internship Program is designed for students currently enrolled FULL-TIME at an accredited college or university with a sophomore classification or above ONLY.

Responsibilities

Develop high‑quality digital learning content using industry‑standard instructional design  principles and eLearning authoring tools.


Convert existing instructor‑led training and PowerPoint materials into engaging, interactive  eLearning modules.


Maintain and update online learning assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and an optimal  learner experience.


Upload, organize, and manage eLearning modules within the ADP Learning Management  System (LMS).


Support the Talent Management/Organizational Development team with additional tasks and  projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be a current full-time college student enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other related field of study. 

 

Must have sophomore standing or higher.

 

Must demonstrate strong academic performance and maintain good standing with the institution.

 

Proficiency with Articulate 360 or similar eLearning authoring tools.

 

Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and computer skills. 

 

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

 

Ability to commit 15–20 hours per week throughout the internship period.
